By paying the deposit, you are securing the vehicle at the advertised price, plus any applicable government fees, charges, and additional accessories. You will have 48 hours to finalise the purchase by entering into a written contract with Springwood MG and providing a copy of your driver's license. If this is not completed within 48 hours, Springwood MG reserves the right to cancel the agreement.

A Reservation Fee of $255 is required. This fee includes merchant fees and charges associated with processing payments via the payment gateway, Stripe, and forms part of the total transaction amount.

If you fail to enter into a purchase contract within 48 hours of paying the deposit, Springwood MG will cancel the agreement and refund your deposit, minus any applicable fees and charges associated with Stripe.

Our system prevents multiple deposits on the same vehicle. However, in rare cases, a purchase may occur simultaneously at the dealership, which may not yet reflect online. In such cases, your deposit will be fully refunded, and our team will assist you in finding a similar vehicle.
